MANAGERS
The foundation “EEDS OF FUTURE” is a project constructed for students and teachers of the area of Castilian language of the FUM. It began labors in 200 in the in the neighborhoods lucero alto, medio and bajo of Ciudad Bolívar, during every years it has centred his effort in the social work, It orientates a wide labor for every of the community: children, mothers head of home, the different actions that here are done. There they are realized tend for an influence in the improvement of the quality of life of the community.
In 2009 the teachers believe the second headquarters of the foundation in the neighborhood Cazucá of Soacha`s municipality; this constitutes an alive presence of the Community in the attention and support to women and children in conditions of poverty, uprooting and high risk psicosocial.
Our foundation possesses professionals ready to work for the community, you present with a felt human high place, ready to help to needy and respectful to the cultural identity of the persons who there come.

The “FUTURE OF SEEDS” developments in its occupation continues Reflection about the actual problems of the resident population in the of Bogotá periphery; for this reason always it will generate Action plans for the needs of the community without to attend their cultural nature.

Department of planning advice and guidance is intended to promote ideas or The suggestions from officials of the foundation, for it is generated monthly meetings where the council discusses the relevance of existing projects, some important aspects of development projects are the kinds of solutions to specific problems, the resources for the project and the scope thereof. There are currently three projects endorsed by the board.

Women and children first is a project that seeks to promote a better quality of life of women and children Cazucá community through training, development and promotion of community cultural skills, and likewise has the purpose of improving community relationships and create images that serve individuals for the development of children. The program has three areas of interaction: blind project.

Working group for the recognition of forms of interaction and participation of children, within the schedule activities daily problems is to expensed families to analyze the reaction of children

QUALITY POLITIC AND TRNASPARENCY
In its paper as manager of the human development, the foundation “SEES OF FUTURE” generates mechanisms of quality and transparency; it´s the first focused on the construction of effective solutions about to the needs of the community; in this part the impact of the projects is measured from the reactions and advances that allow the solution of a specific problem. The second mechanism it develops from the loyalty of the civil servants about to the projection of human development of the foundation; for it the advice and direction of planning is the responsibility to care the relevancy of the projects and activities that are realized daily in the foundation.

COOPERATION TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Las familias que residenen Ciudad Bolívar y Cazucá tienen diversas problemáticas sociales, una de ellas es la violencia: la intolerancia (ideológica) de los jóvenes de estas comunas ha llevado a la delimitación y discriminación de sectores por parte tanto de pandillas diversas como de movimientos subversivos; además de ello, la violencia también es promovida por los altos niveles de desempleo, es decir, la falta de oportunidades laborales para la población generan más pobreza y a su vez , producen vandalismo (en algunos casos drogadicción). Otro problema se encuentra en el alto índice de mujeres menores de edad embarazadas y a su vez la situación de las madres cabezas de familia, las cuales no cuentan con una orientación continua y pertinente por parte del gobierno. Desde estas situaciones, la fundación Semillas del futuro pretende inicialmente reconocer los rasgos característicos de dichas comunidades y las posibles razones que permiten un problema específico, esto con el ánimo de caracterizar a la población, desarrollar planes de acción para los posibles problemas y generar prácticas en la población para el mejoramiento de su calidad de vida.

TRAINING FOR THE LIFE PARTNER AND LABOR
This department train children and mothers victims of violence to receive an education not only but also in values in knowledge that you give to face and function in life. Therefore, this function in my advise that of children in proceedings literate, ethical, arts, mathematics and science in order to develop these their abilities, skills and acquire meaningful learning that enables them to competently in la fact that the wrap.
COOPERATION TO THE PSYCHOLOGICAL, ETHICAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT

O ne of the priorities of the Foundation is to support families with difficulties in their basic conditions of subsistence, as well with their individual problems facing different problems with attention and behavior with peers, for this reason we generate strategies to improve relations peer and other social community, through workshops, meetings, and different methods used theater, dance and more.

The department of psychology takes charge investigating the social organizations and tries to establish standards of behaviour of the individuals inside the different groups, the roles that they recover and all the situations that influence his conduct. Any social group adopts a form of organization passed by the same company in order to solve more effectively the problems of the subsistence. In this case like object of study the population of some sectors of the locality of city Bolivar, that is to say in the foundation observes the behaviour of the individual and his relations with his primary and this group in turn with the community, initiating ace ì an interaction with the population, where there is conceived a general and like that diagnosis it comes near to a particular diagnosis, of this form there are established fields of action that allow to improve the quality of life and the conviviality in this zone of the capital, work that removes as a whole with the department of social work.
Features:
· Meetings which integrates different individuals, leaders and others to establish important roles for the locality.
· Given that working with groups to establish general weaknesses, special days are also working meetings to discuss casework, problems of youth suicide, teenage pregnancy, the consumption of psychoactive substances, and organizations of gangs, among other issues of youth, children and adults, individually.

A CURRENT DAY OF SEEDS OF FUTURE
A typical day in the foundation seeds of the future has three stages: In the morning, all children in the community who wish to attend the school building program can do the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, in this space are promoted reinforcements in the process of reading, writing, entertainment and reading and literature, philosophy for children, ethics and values, basic math and English, music and dance.
In the afternoon: Single women have a process approach to employment status, marital, moral and interpersonal relations. The activities are developed in the afternoon (2:00 P.M to 04:00 P.M)
At night: Officials meet to discuss development projects, the difficulties, new findings, problems of specific individuals.
Weekends: Saturdays only the foundation provides services in the morning to cases or problems; for this, all departments are available except Department Planning Board and address. After recognizing these specific problems or special reference is made in a report to the governing board for resolution mechanisms.
